Seva Sindhu portal new registration

If you want to avail the benefit of the online services offered through the Seva Sindhu plus portal then you must be a registered member. For the registration of a new user, you may follow the below-given steps.

  • Open the home page of the official web portal at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English
  • Now there is a “NEW USER REGISTER HERE” link on the home page
  • Click on this link to start the registration process
  • After clicking on the registration link you will have to lin your Digilocker account. Enter your 16 digit Aadhar Number and proceed to the next step
  • You will receive an OTP on the Aadhar registered mobile number. Enter this OTP in the box provided and click on the Continue button. Noe click on the allow button to get redirected to the SevaSindhu portal
  • Now enter the below-given details in the registration form
    • Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Id
    • Password
    • Security code
  • Click on the submit button
  • Noe enters the OTP received on the mobile number and validates this. You will see a successful registration message on the computer screen. Now you can log in on the portal by using your Email Id or Mobile Number

After successful registration, you may simply login by visiting the official portal. Please follow the below steps to login.

  • Open the official portal home page at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English
  • On the home page, you can see a “Registered Users Login Here” link on the right side
  • Click on the login link to proceed further
  • There is a login form on the next page
  • Now enter your registered Email Id OR Mobile Number and click on the “GET OTP” to receive an OTP
  • Enter the OTP and given security code
  • Click on the submit button to login into the portal

Apply for services offered through the portal

  • First of all open the service plus home page at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English
  • Now click on the Departments & Services link given on the home page and in the top menu
  • On the next page, you will find a list of the different departments of the Karnataka state
  • If you click on any Department link then all services menu will open in a new window where you can apply for the services offered through that department

  • Here you can track your application status in two ways
  • Through Application Reference Number
    • Enter Application Reference Number
    • Select “Track through”
    • Enter Application Submission Date
    • Enter security code and click on the “Submit” button
  • Through OTP/Application Details
    • Select Service
    • Enter security code and click the “Submit” button
    • On the next page enter your mobile number and click on the receive OTP button

Apply for a new Ration Card/ Family ID

If any citizen of the Karnataka state wants to apply for a new Ration Card he can easily do that through this portal.

  • First of all, Visit the official portal at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English
  • Now click on the link for the new Family ID given on the home page
  • A new page will appear that includes an application form
  • Enter the below details in that application form
    • Select Type of Card
    • Aadhar Number, Name, Name in Kannada
    • Member’s Date of Birth, Member’s Year of Birth
    • Gender, Mobile Number registered with Aadhar, Pin Code, Photo
    • Occupation
    • English Address, Kannada Address
  • Now add another family member and add his/her details
  • Enter Address Details
    • Select which address you want to appear in the Ration Card
    • Select FPD Shop, Area of the address, District, Taluk, Family Head
  • Enter other details and select the “I Agree” check box
  • Finally, Enter the given security code and “Submit” the application
